I’m all about making the customer journey a joy - from the very first hello to that magical key handover. If I can make you laugh along the way, even better!
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me on the football pitch, swinging a cricket bat for Dorchester-on-Thames, or chasing after my little one at soft play (parent life - never a dull moment!).
Favourite part of the job: Meeting fantastic people, hearing their stories, and making their moving dreams come true. And nothing beats handing over the keys to some very excited new owners!

Fun fact: I once swapped houses for high-vis - working for the police during the London Olympics!
